Further to our letter dated February 10, 2024, we would like to inform that the Company has completed the acquistion of additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited, subsidiary \JCB\ by way of purchase of 12,18,976 Equity Shares from few selling shareholders of JCB, for a consideration of Rs. 56.07 million i.e. Rs. 46 per Equity Share.\r\n\r\nIn View of this, the shareholding of the Company in JCB has increased from 89.83% to 95.72% of paid-up share capital of JCB.
