The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 89.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 87.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.10 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.50 per cent at Rs 416.54 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 402.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.45 per cent to Rs 305.32 crore from Rs 289.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 23.79 per cent at Rs 33.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 27.24 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.51 per cent to Rs 111.22 crore as against Rs 112.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.85 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 11.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.52 per cent at Rs 28.96 crore (Sep'24 Rs 29.71 crore).
