Coforge Limited has been awarded the 2025 ISG Star of Excellence™ Award in the IT Operations category, recognising the company’s exceptional customer service based on direct feedback from global enterprise clients. The award was presented at the ISG Sourcing Industry Awards Gala on November 19, 2025, in London, marking the conclusion of the 19th ISG Sourcing Industry Conference – EMEA.
The ISG Star of Excellence™, now in its eighth year, is considered one of the industry’s top recognitions for technology and business service providers. It is based on ISG’s continuous Customer Experience (CX) research, which evaluates providers across key dimensions including collaboration, delivery, innovation, governance, cultural fit, and business continuity.

ISG evaluated more than 240 service providers this year, drawing feedback from enterprise leaders across IT, operations, procurement, vendor management, and business functions in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. ISG also named CX Champions and additional Excellence winners across ITO, BPO, industry-specific services, emerging technologies, ISVs, and regional categories.
