The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated February 27, 2026, allotted 46,450 Equity Shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of stock options under IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2018 (IIFL ESOS - 2018).
