The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 90.04 per cent at Rs 59.91 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 601.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 90.41 per cent to Rs 56.85 crore from Rs 592.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 85.96 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.77 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 79.42 per cent to Rs 5.40 crore as against Rs 26.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 106.88 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 74.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.53 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.40 crore).
