The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 50.58 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 59.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.69 per cent at Rs 120.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 136.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.69 per cent to Rs 90.02 crore from Rs 96.47 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 265.55 per cent at Rs 38.31 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 10.48 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 23.87 per cent to Rs 30.14 crore as against Rs 39.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.81 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 41.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.75 per cent at Rs 6.61 crore (Mar'25 Rs 38.31 crore).
