The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 200.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 90.48 per cent at Rs 18.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 102.15 per cent to Rs 5.64 crore from Rs 2.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 19.63 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.07 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 85.82 per cent to Rs 12.97 crore as against Rs 6.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.45 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 13.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.15 per cent at Rs 4.07 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.53 crore).
