The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.00 per cent at Rs 57.03 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.96 per cent to Rs 48.91 crore from Rs 50.40 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 39.55 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.20 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 20.86 per cent to Rs 8.12 crore as against Rs 10.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.84 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.27 per cent at Rs 1.89 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.92 crore).
