The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.23 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.13 per cent at Rs 49.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.26 per cent to Rs 36.70 crore from Rs 37.17 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 194.74 per cent at Rs 5.04 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.71 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.54 per cent to Rs 12.41 crore as against Rs 13.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.47 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 63.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.47 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.71 crore).
