The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.98 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.65 per cent at Rs 112.08 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.36 per cent to Rs 94.02 crore from Rs 82.94 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 4.87 per cent at Rs 3.71 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 3.90 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 15.24 per cent to Rs 18.07 crore as against Rs 15.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.38 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 3.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.50 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.15 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.71 crore).
