The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.69 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 65.63 per cent at Rs 8.53 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 54.80 per cent to Rs 12.14 crore from Rs 26.86 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 38.24 per cent at Rs 3.78 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 6.12 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 76.96 per cent to Rs -3.61 crore as against Rs -2.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 416.95 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 3.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore
