The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 19.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.72 per cent at Rs 339.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 388.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.54 per cent to Rs 306.04 crore from Rs 358.11 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 18.49 per cent at Rs 21.98 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 18.55 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 4.43 per cent to Rs 33.44 crore as against Rs 32.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.68 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 33.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 116.29 per cent at Rs 6.64 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.07 crore).
