The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 152.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 165.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.81 per cent at Rs 570.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 560.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.19 per cent to Rs 76.56 crore from Rs 79.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.22 per cent at Rs 30.56 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 71.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.63 per cent to Rs 493.89 crore as against Rs 481.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.80 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 5.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 154.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.33 per cent at Rs 53.60 crore (Jun'25 Rs 56.62 crore).
