The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 53.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 585.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.65 per cent at Rs 1,244.91 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,105.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.51 per cent to Rs 1,023.23 crore from Rs 988.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.68 per cent at Rs 7.65 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 8.47 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 90.09 per cent to Rs 221.68 crore as against Rs 116.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 68.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 18.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 3118.18 per cent at Rs 56.64 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.76 crore).
