REC has declared 15.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

REC Ltd. on Tuesday, 28 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 15.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 14 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 14 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 32% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 March 2026), 46% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2026), 46% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 27 October 2025), 46% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 01 August 2025) and 26% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025).
