The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.12 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.09 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 65.81 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.00 per cent to Rs 0.95 crore from Rs 1.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 94.05 per cent to Rs 0.11 crore as against Rs 1.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 82.14 per cent in June quarter.
