IRB Infrastructure has declared 5% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. on Monday, 27 July 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 5 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 05 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 05 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 5% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 26 May 2026), 7% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 February 2026), 7% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 November 2025), 7% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 29 August 2025) and 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2025).
