Tata Projects has secured a Rs 670.24 crore contract from RMZ to execute the main civil works for a commercial development project in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Under the contract, the company will carry out the complete core and shell construction, including civil, structural and architectural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, common-area finishes, basement flooring, fire-rated doors, external finishes, and painting.

The project will further strengthen Tata Projects' commercial construction portfolio and marks the latest addition to RMZ's Chennai development pipeline.
