The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 30.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.97 per cent at Rs 407.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 374.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.11 per cent to Rs 346.49 crore from Rs 320.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.50 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.13 per cent to Rs 61.22 crore as against Rs 53.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 43.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 132.06 per cent at Rs 13.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs 6.02 crore).
