Shivalik Bimetal has declared 100% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd. on Monday, 18 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 100 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 25 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 100% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 February 2026), 75% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2025), 60% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2025), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 September 2024) and 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 16 February 2024).
