The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.82 per cent at Rs 126.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 107.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.68 per cent to Rs 102.02 crore from Rs 89.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.13 per cent at Rs 2.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.21 per cent to Rs 24.18 crore as against Rs 17.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 32.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 29.15 per cent at Rs 4.43 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.43 crore).
