The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1386.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.23 per cent at Rs 99.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.83 per cent to Rs 88.83 crore from Rs 80.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.50 per cent at Rs 2.80 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.94 per cent to Rs 11.07 crore as against Rs 8.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.24 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 44.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 1135.00 per cent at Rs 2.47 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.20 crore).
