The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 63.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.77 per cent at Rs 153.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.62 per cent to Rs 118.63 crore from Rs 89.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 89.66 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 70.75 per cent to Rs 35.26 crore as against Rs 20.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.12 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.56 per cent at Rs 6.73 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.90 crore).
