The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 90.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 112.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.16 per cent at Rs 646.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 566.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.35 per cent to Rs 520.10 crore from Rs 447.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.34 per cent at Rs 7.36 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 37.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.95 per cent to Rs 126.53 crore as against Rs 119.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.70 per cent at Rs 28.32 crore (Jun'25 Rs 28.81 crore).
