The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 93.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 125.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.88 per cent at Rs 235.58 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 267.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.21 per cent to Rs 34.32 crore from Rs 41.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.08 per cent at Rs 23.97 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 55.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.70 per cent to Rs 201.27 crore as against Rs 225.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.34 per cent in June quarter.
