The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.31 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 46.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.87 per cent at Rs 485.98 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 419.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.22 per cent to Rs 436.76 crore from Rs 366.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.46 per cent at Rs 21.29 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 18.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.25 per cent to Rs 49.22 crore as against Rs 53.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.68 per cent at Rs 14.50 crore (Jun'25 Rs 14.60 crore).
