The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.82 per cent at Rs 215.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 222.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.27 per cent to Rs 211.63 crore from Rs 195.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 27.12 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.78 per cent to Rs 25.89 crore as against Rs 26.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.08 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 29.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.76 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.26 per cent at Rs 2.95 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.30 crore).
