The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.32 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 433.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 198.12 per cent at Rs 22.24 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1124.81 per cent to Rs 15.80 crore from Rs 1.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.38 per cent to Rs 6.44 crore as against Rs 6.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 1.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 200.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.01 crore).
