The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 20.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.69 per cent at Rs 166.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 148.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.69 per cent to Rs 146.82 crore from Rs 117.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.13 per cent at Rs 3.24 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.76 per cent to Rs 20.13 crore as against Rs 30.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.26 per cent at Rs 4.55 crore (Jun'25 Rs 7.37 crore).
