The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 126.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 61.60 per cent at Rs 65.48 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.99 per cent to Rs 34.93 crore from Rs 27.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 190.91 per cent at Rs 3.84 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 127.31 per cent to Rs 30.55 crore as against Rs 13.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 175.00 per cent at Rs 8.80 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.20 crore).
