The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.76 per cent at Rs 22.24 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.95 per cent to Rs 17.90 crore from Rs 16.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.33 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.17 per cent to Rs 4.34 crore as against Rs 3.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.74 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 12.09 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.91 crore).
