The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 60.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 32.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 85.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 77.61 per cent at Rs 1,440.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 810.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 77.49 per cent to Rs 1,343.92 crore from Rs 757.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 102.35 per cent at Rs 6.88 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 79.29 per cent to Rs 96.12 crore as against Rs 53.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 84.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 19.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 82.77 per cent at Rs 21.22 crore (Jun'25 Rs 11.61 crore).
