The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.15 per cent at Rs 64.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.75 per cent to Rs 48.05 crore from Rs 37.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.14 per cent at Rs 1.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.35 per cent to Rs 16.70 crore as against Rs 12.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 74.07 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.54 crore).
