Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has commenced delivery of services under its Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, with execution of Statement of Work No. 1 starting on August 24, 2026.

Statement of Work No. 1 carries a total contract value of USD 150 million and covers four key areas: AI Infrastructure worth USD 70 million, Cybersecurity at USD 25 million, Telecommunications at USD 25 million and Data Centre Solutions worth USD 30 million. Delivery and billing are expected to begin in the current quarter in line with the agreed execution schedule.

The project will be executed through Blue Cloud’s US operations and will leverage the group’s capabilities in artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defence, telecom engineering and data centre development and operations.

Bhaskar Nallamilli, CEO of Blue Cloud USA, said the transition from signing the agreement to commencing execution as scheduled reflects the strength of the company’s delivery capabilities and marks a significant programme for its US operations.

Group Chairman Tejesh Kumar Kodali said the engagement highlights Blue Cloud’s ability to execute large-scale technology projects across multiple domains. He added that the combined scope covering AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions will further strengthen the company’s international delivery capabilities and support its next phase of growth.
