The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.18 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 16.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 60.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.24 per cent at Rs 392.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 372.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.25 per cent to Rs 374.78 crore from Rs 359.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.10 per cent at Rs 17.75 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.93 per cent to Rs 17.52 crore as against Rs 13.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.56 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 33.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.37 per cent at Rs 3.90 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.41 crore).
