The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 66.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.23 per cent at Rs 502.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 385.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.71 per cent to Rs 301.14 crore from Rs 237.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.46 per cent at Rs 12.95 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 10.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.89 per cent to Rs 201.07 crore as against Rs 147.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 117.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 74.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.06 per cent at Rs 26.58 crore (Jun'25 Rs 25.30 crore).
