The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.47 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.88 per cent at Rs 109.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.37 per cent to Rs 103.93 crore from Rs 82.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.33 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 48.24 per cent to Rs 5.60 crore as against Rs 10.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 55.63 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.37 per cent at Rs 1.76 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.81 crore).
