The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 22.97 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.53 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.46 per cent at Rs 275.64 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 206.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.40 per cent to Rs 272.83 crore from Rs 222.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 61.62 per cent at Rs 24.47 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 15.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 117.17 per cent to Rs 2.81 crore as against Rs -16.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 112.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 24.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore
