Focus Business Sol has declared 1% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Focus Business Solution Ltd. on Wednesday, 02 September 2026, has announced Final dividend of 1 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 18 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 September 2026.

The last two dividends are 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 November 2024) and 3.80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 October 2022).
