The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.03 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 721.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.44 per cent at Rs 34.65 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.52 per cent to Rs 3.98 crore from Rs 6.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.06 per cent at Rs 3.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.03 per cent to Rs 30.68 crore as against Rs 18.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.37 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 15.19 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.58 crore).
