Brigade Group, which is completing 40 years of operations, has announced an ambitious growth roadmap involving an investment of approximately Rs 40,000 crore over the next three years to develop a pipeline of around 40 million sq. ft. across its key markets.

The group has developed more than 110 million sq. ft. across 300+ projects in 10 cities and has a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. Its operating leasing portfolio currently stands at around 10 million sq. ft.

Over the next three years, Brigade plans to invest across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and warehousing, funded through internal accruals, project-level financing, strategic partnerships and other funding avenues.

The World Trade Centre (WTC) platform will remain a key growth driver, with three new centres planned in Devanahalli and Whitefield in Bengaluru and Coimbatore. The company also plans to expand its Orion commercial brand into Chennai and Hyderabad.

Brigade expects its planned developments and new businesses to generate around 23,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities over the next three years. The group is also targeting Net Zero emissions by 2045, supported by renewable energy, energy-efficient design and sustainable construction practices.
