Mastek Ltd has been selected by Staffordshire County Council in the UK to deliver an Oracle Cloud transformation programme covering Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Payroll.'

Under the engagement, Mastek will deploy its ADOPT AI platform to establish Oracle Cloud as the council’s integrated platform, helping consolidate legacy systems, strengthen data governance, improve employee experience and reduce manual processes.

Staffordshire County Council, which serves more than 875,000 residents, is undertaking the programme as part of its broader effort to modernise corporate services and build a more agile, scalable and digitally enabled operating model.

Mastek was selected following a competitive procurement process, based on its Oracle Cloud expertise, UK local government experience and AI-led transformation capabilities. The contract further expands Mastek’s Oracle Cloud footprint and strengthens its presence in the UK public sector.
