The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 60.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 54.63 per cent at Rs 769.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 497.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.98 per cent to Rs 724.96 crore from Rs 467.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 155.88 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.13 per cent to Rs 44.53 crore as against Rs 29.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 46.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.32 per cent at Rs 7.78 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.97 crore).
