With reference to your mail dated 2T june, 2023 regarding clarification on late submission with respect to Outcome of Board Meeting we hereby submit that the Company has always disclosed to the stock exchange all the material information which has a bearing on the operations/\r\nperformance of the company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations) within the stipulated time.\r\n\r\nWe hereby further submit that due to technical glitch at the time of submission there was a delay in the outcome of Board meeting. We assure that we will be more careful in\r\nfuture.
