The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.50 per cent at Rs 12.84 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.91 per cent to Rs 9.89 crore from Rs 14.11 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 9.23 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 12.20 per cent to Rs 2.95 crore as against Rs 3.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.16 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 120.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.85 crore).
