The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 67.69 per cent at Rs 7.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 70.01 per cent to Rs 5.69 crore from Rs 18.97 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 64.42 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.63 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 58.15 per cent to Rs 1.90 crore as against Rs 4.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.61 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 69.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 204.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.25 crore).
