Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated multiple development projects in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. He launched the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ campaign for women’s health, introduced the Madhya Pradesh edition of the ‘Aadi Seva Parv’ to connect tribal communities with government schemes, and announced India’s largest integrated textile park under the PM MITRA initiative in Dhar, expected to generate three lakh jobs.
He highlighted women’s empowerment, welfare for the poor, and the role of traditional artisans through the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, urging citizens to embrace Swadeshi products. The PM also emphasized initiatives to combat sickle cell anaemia in tribal areas and celebrated progress made under schemes like Ayushman Bharat and Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana.
Governor Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Union Minister Savitri Thakur were present at the event.
