The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.32 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 27.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.64 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.67 per cent at Rs 145.31 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.95 per cent to Rs 98.10 crore from Rs 72.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 48.95 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 7.13 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 41.32 per cent to Rs 47.20 crore as against Rs 33.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.65 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 52.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.47 per cent at Rs 11.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs 7.37 crore).
