The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.32 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.84 per cent at Rs 15.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.02 per cent to Rs 12.78 crore from Rs 19.08 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 90.50 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.84 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 286.78 per cent to Rs 2.26 crore as against Rs -1.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 320.59 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 54.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.50 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.24 crore).
