Baid Finserv Ltd, a growing NBFC focused on MSME loans (LAP) and vehicle finance, has successfully closed its Rs 30.02 crore rights issue, which received overwhelming response with 107.84 times oversubscription, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s growth strategy.

The rights issue—structured at a ratio of 1:4 at Rs 10 per share (including Rs 8 premium)—attracted broad-based participation from promoters, HNIs and retail investors. The company has allotted 3,00,17,075 fully paid-up shares, with the Rights Issue Committee approving the allotment on December 8, 2025.

Following the issue, Baid Finserv’s equity capital has increased from 12.007 crore shares to 15.008 crore shares. Promoter holding rose from 36.25% to 45.71%, while public shareholding stands at 54.29%.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to strengthen its capital base for onward lending, repay or prepay borrowings, and meet general corporate requirements.

Aman Baid, Whole-Time Director, said the robust shareholder response reinforces confidence in the company’s strategic direction. He added that the raised capital will help expand the lending portfolio and support long-term growth initiatives, creating sustainable value for stakeholders.
